5 Ways to Avoid Heart Disease

Heart disease is one of the most deadly diseases in the world and the most feared. Because the disease is not counting the age of the victim, but the most vulnerable are the elderly adults. And who have bad habits such as smoking and drinking. Here are some tips to avoid heart disease, as quoted from the Health Me Up, Tuesday (05/01/2015).


1. Avoid obesity by motion activity
Obesity is a risk factor of heart disease, hypertension, and stroke. With regular motion activity, then we can avoid obesity, which can automatically prevent us from heart disease.

2. A healthy diet
Take a healthy diet by eating fruits like bananas are packed with quite a large amount of minerals, which can lower blood pressure levels. In addition, when accustomed to eating fried foods, change the baking, boiling, or steaming foods that will be eaten. If you want to eat food that is a little bit of oil, use olive oil.

3. Control of Stress
Learn to live a more relaxed in their daily activities. When you are stressed, try to do yoga or listen to music, so that the body can adopt good things.

4. Avoid alcohol consumption
Alcohol is a major trigger for heart disease. Pastika also that you consume alcohol no more than one drink per day.

5. Stop smoking
Smoking is the cause of heart disease. When smoke enters the body, it can reduce blood levels of HDL and made into frozen. In addition, the heart can be narrowed due to the buildup of plaque.

5 tips to stay healthy during the rainy season



Beginning in January 2015 entered the rainy season in Indonesia. Season that brings blessing for Indonesian farmers. :) But during the rainy season many of us and the people around us are actually getting sick, whether it be a fever, flu, cough or the other. Though the rainy season known as carrier season blessing for mankind because when it rains we can quickly prayer for diijabah by God. So how to avoid pain during the rainy season?
